What happen to me and my dog if he grap a kid shirt ?
Last Friday, when my daughter open the front door to "trick or treat" my dog snicked out and grap one of the kid shirt which freak out the kid and back out my front doors entrance but accedently hit the gate or poted plant causing a little scratch above the ankle. The kids parent clamed that is a dogs bite make.
My problem is the dog rabies vacine was expired 5 months ago.
Please advise what I should do. I don't want to see my dog got put down.

You're probably going to have to hire a lawyer on this one; do some research regarding dangerous dog laws in your area as they vary by state and county. If they do attempt to take legal action against you they will have to prove that your dog actually bit the child and was acting aggressively, they will probably need witnesses.
