horse information

How can I legally force seller to provide information about a horse?
I have a mare 7ish my mom bought when I was 6 months old, so around 2000. I do not know if we had a signed bill of sale, but I know that if we did not have more. I to prove they're mine to my mother's husband can not take on the pending divorce. But I've called several times over the years and have bought coach did not return my calls and I know he has my messages (long story, but does not like my mom). All you need is a varification it sold its my mom and some datails in his parent and his signiture as breeder if I decide to enroll your (you might want despite their little late, just to prove that is a gaited horse competing in dressage if we reach higher levels.) Now we have no evidence that his own, and hear we have to check, you may or may claim it? Is there a legal process in which We can hand make him sign the papers? How much might it cost? Looking for ideas: If you have any, the answer No!
Felt really his own question. You have called the breeder to make sure he sold his mother and not you. Want to try that is his, but his mom bought it. And the bill of sale would more than likely that your mother has done, not you. And if it were, the horse will be fair game in divorce. If mom wrote a check for her, the bank may still be able to get a copy. This is also proof of ownership. But this will prove that belongs to his mother. If they have not filed for divorce, buy your mom (if you're underage, it would not be a legal business). Paying a dollar to her and get her mother to give you an invoice. Then, will be yours. But if the divorce was filed and has been classified as common property, there is little you can do at this point. And since you bought it without getting any kind breeder's license, will be expensive to get his papers. As silverspur said, you will most likely have a DNA test run on it, and his father and mother. And cheap. Good luck!
